Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage technology partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of future-focused projects
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop mitigation frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CSTM, CTM) preferred
