- Partner with executive leadership to secure funding and resources for futuristic projects
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Mentor a team of engineers and researchers on cutting-edge methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Portfolio published in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
