Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and metaverse ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board of directors
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build quantitative models for technology ROI and risk assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with global impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
