Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in future tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in emerging technologies (IEEE journals preferred)
- Proficiency in agile frameworks and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
