Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to 10M+ users
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q or Google AI)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages including Python and Rust
- Experience with EU AI Act and US Tech Policy frameworks
