Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of technological advancements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in emerging markets
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, nanotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight designation
