Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for future tech R&D
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-generation digital solutions
- Present technology vision and strategic plans to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for prototype technologies and measure adoption readiness
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent technology strategy certification
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future trends
