- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) for market viability
- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Drive partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Quantum Flagship initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published quantum research
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips
- Exceptional stakeholder management across academic, government, and private sectors
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- CEH or OSCP certification for security-first approach
