Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape (AI ethics, quantum computing, decentralized web)
- Develop and maintain the 5-year technology innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning studies for emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and market forecasting
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) preferred
