Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and distributed ledger technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis and budget optimization
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
