- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards of directors
- Manage innovation portfolio including R&D investments, partnerships, and pilot programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in technology valuation and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
