Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and market trends expected to reach maturity by 2026.
- Innovation Roadmapping: Define and prioritize a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals and competitive landscape.
- Partnership Management: Identify and vet potential acquisition targets, startups, and research partnerships in the future tech space.
- C-Suite Advisory: Present complex technical insights to the executive leadership team to guide high-level decision-making.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for futuristic technologies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech giants and emerging disruptors to anticipate market shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Extended Reality (XR).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Forward-Thinking: A proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends before they become mainstream.
