Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan) a plus
