Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for competitive integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility for innovation portfolios
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution or future trends
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
