Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) for strategic adoption
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-tech integration
- Author whitepapers on industry transformation trends for investor relations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products (quantum/AI/neurotech preferred)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
