Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in strategic planning
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
- Strong network with DARPA and NSF program managers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
