- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, AR/VR 2.0) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and prototyping
- Certified in strategic technology management (CTM or equivalent)
