Responsibilities

- Present findings to investors and board members through compelling data visualizations

- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from Tier-1 institution
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or moonshot projects
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with venture capital fundraising and M&A integration
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
