Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech policy and regulations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Experience with Fortune 500 strategic planning processes
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global organizations
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred) for federal projects
