Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive solutions with 3-year market impact
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify $100M+ investment opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D with ESG 2030 sustainability goals
- Present strategic vision to global stakeholders at industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with >$50M ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal grants for next-gen tech initiatives
