Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze global tech trends and competitor landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product portfolios
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation success and track ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, nanotechnology, or neurotech
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic technology roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling
- PhD or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, keynotes)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
