- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape assessments to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups for strategic acquisition
- Present technology visions to executive boards and investors with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor innovation labs focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI development
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or Strategic Innovation
- Prior experience in patent development and IP commercialization
- Demonstrated ability to secure $50M+ in R&D funding or venture investments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
