Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and product managers
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
