Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across global organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with PhD preferred
