Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing adoption
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical guidelines for responsible technology deployment
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
