Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype innovative solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (preferred)
