Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years of strategic tech planning
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum/AI convergence (2018-2023)
- Proven experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Security clearance or background in national tech policy development
- Portfolio of deployed systems using quantum-entangled computing architectures
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder collaboration
