Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and drive adoption of future-focused solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext Labs as a tech pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Mentor senior engineers and product leaders on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and industry disruption trends
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
