Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear, data-driven vision for the company's technological evolution over the next 5 years.
- Identify Emerging Trends: Monitor global tech ecosystems to spot disruptive innovations (e.g., advanced AI, blockchain, biotech) and assess their potential impact.
- Strategic Innovation Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and integrate futuristic technologies into our core products.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in for long-term strategic initiatives.
- Risk Management: Anticipate technological disruptions and regulatory changes that could affect our 2026 strategic goals.
- Resource Allocation: Work with finance and operations to budget for R&D and technology acquisition required for the future.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or futurism with a proven track record of long-term planning.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, Quantum) and their business applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive change within a large-scale organization.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into actionable business insights.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
