Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business processes
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption ROI
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments for 2026 innovation cycles
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing executive decisions
- Track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
