Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into existing ecosystems
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in implementing transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, AR/VR ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or relevant advanced degrees
- Experience in scaling tech initiatives across global markets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
