Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Create strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Analyze competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging technology partnerships
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or advanced biotech domains
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
