Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized architectures
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Strong data modeling and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Governance (preferred)
