Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab operations and mentor next-gen technologists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology futures or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CTO Academy)
