- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI applications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership pieces in IEEE Spectrum and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockcase)
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) on 2026+ tech trends
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants for future-focused projects
- Proficiency in systems modeling tools (AnyLogic, Stella Architect)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
