Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology for strategic integration
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiative success and ROI
- Drive innovation workshops and scenario planning sessions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial modeling and business case development skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation (preferred)
