- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional squads in agile transformation for emerging tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for paradigm-shifting technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 21434 frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature Technology Review or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit)
