- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research labs and academic institutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans and investor narratives
- Oversee the development of sustainable technology frameworks for 2030 market readiness
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience scaling technology teams in hyper-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure design
