Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Identify emerging tech disruptors through global trend analysis and patent research
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-thinking methodologies
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate 2026-ready startups
- Produce whitepapers on sustainable technology adoption patterns
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
