Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy roadmap for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) into core business functions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints and pilot programs to validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to drive collaborative innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms at scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational change
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to execute in ambiguous environments
