Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to foster a culture of future-readiness
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for 2026 technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Certifications in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CDMP, CISSP)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
