Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Sustainable Computing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the establishment and management of internal innovation labs to prototype future products and services.
- Risk Management: Assess the risks and rewards of adopting disruptive technologies, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Future-Proof Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and successfully implementing long-term strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
