Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead AI & Automation Initiatives: Spearhead the research, development, and implementation of Generative AI and automation tools to drive efficiency.
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Oversee the transition to cloud-native architectures and edge computing environments to support scalable growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor Emerging Trends: Continuously analyze global tech trends, including quantum computing and Web3, to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption of modern software development methodologies, including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
