Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business goals and market positioning.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Biotech) and assess their potential impact on the industry.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget and resource allocation towards high-potential R&D initiatives and innovative projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market movements to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or partnerships in the future tech space.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal 'Future Tech' think-tank to prototype and test disruptive ideas.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate high-level vision into executable operational plans.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
