- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG 2026 sustainability targets
- Forecast disruption risks in Web3.0 and decentralized infrastructure
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI modeling
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and IEEE future-tech forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Nature or MIT Tech Review (post-2020)
- Track record of scaling tech ventures from prototype to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Proficiency in scenario planning and Monte Carlo risk modeling
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for APAC/MENA expansion
- Patents in at least one core emerging tech domain
