Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate strategic vision into actionable implementation plans
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate technological disruptions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and technology thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps in high-growth environments
