Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, IoT, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs for commercial viability
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 2026 Tech Horizon projects
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disrupting products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with futurism focus
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
