Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 transition, identifying key emerging technologies such as AI, quantum computing, and advanced web ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives and market demands.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research and development initiatives to evaluate new technologies and determine their feasibility for large-scale implementation.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting industry trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, and recommending strategic pivots.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic visions and technical roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and successfully executing complex, multi-year initiatives.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications, specifically in AI, machine learning, and scalable cloud architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
