Responsibilities
- Architect and design the next generation of large-scale AI models and neural network infrastructures.
- Lead research initiatives to bridge the gap between narrow AI and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and product designers to implement responsible AI solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for data processing, model training, and deployment at scale.
- Mentor and guide a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and researchers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and academic breakthroughs to ensure 2026 Labs remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
