Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends across AI, quantum, biotech, and climate sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-era technologies (neuromorphic interfaces, carbon-negative materials)
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven scenario modeling
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and industry disruptors
- Architect Horizon's 2026 innovation portfolio aligning with UN SDGs and exponential growth targets
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through executive workshops and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing and commercializing 2020+ futuristic concepts
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech/innovation publications
